What we do differently
We answer one question per article, we put the answer in the first paragraph, and we say when we do not know something. Where a claim can be measured, we measure it and publish the method alongside the number, so you can check our work or repeat it.
Who writes this
ZoneBtu runs ZoneBtu and edits everything published here. Articles are drafted with research tools and then checked, corrected and signed off by a person before they go live — we do not publish anything that nobody has read.
How we pay for it
ZoneBtu is free to read. It is funded by display advertising and by affiliate commissions when you buy something through a link on the site. Neither changes what we recommend; see our editorial policy for how we keep that line.
